Fronsman and Sarah Frances Lowe, on 18 March 1886 in Upshur, West Virginia.⁴ Joseph Hooker Ocheltree died after 1900 in Upshur, West Virginia.¹ He died on 12 March 1922 in Kay, Oklahoma, at age 57; Age 58 yrs, 7 mo. 5 days.⁴
