    Raymond was a member of the New Life In Christ Church, and was retired from Howel’s Leather Company.

    Survivors include his wife of 71 years Edna M. Wilfong, one daughter, Patsy Jean Tacy of Covington, VA, three sons, Hunter R. Wilfong of Bartow, Rick Wilfong of Thomasville, N.C., and David Wilfong of Lexington, N.C., seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, two brothers, Corbet Wilfong of Bellington, WV, and Warren Wilfong of Harrisonburg, VA.

    In keeping with his wishes he will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.

    Mill Creek -- Clarence Hunter Wilfong, 71, of Mill Creek died Tuesday morning in an Elkins hospital. He was a lifelong resident of Pocahontas County, membrer of United Methodist Church at Durbin and was a retired employee of the Howell Leather Co. at Frank.
    Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Chloe Wilfong; his mother, Mrs. Effie Wilfong of Bartow; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Gilmer Moates of Patazia, N.Y., and Mrs. Cloret Lee of Madison, Ohio; four sons, Norman of Manassas, Va., Dewayne of Minter, Ohio, Raymond of B artow and Warren of Harrisonburg, Va.; three sisters, Mrs. Blanch Eye of Green Bank, Mrs. Carry Gumm of Bartow and Mrs. Nola Smith of Arizona; two brothers, Grey and Earl, both of Bartow; 23 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
    Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Durbin United Methodist Church with Rev. Frank Long and Rev. William Summers in charge. Burial will be in Arborvale Cemetery.
    Friends may call at Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home in Arborvale after 6 p.m. today and the body will be taken to the church one hour prior to services.

    LORAIN - Margie A. Rector, 72, (nee Wilfong) passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2013 at the Mercy New Life Hospice Center at St. Joseph in Lorain following a long illness.
    Mrs. Rector was born in Marlinton, W.Va. on November 21, 1940, the daughter of the late Clarence and Ida (nee Harmon) Wilfong. She was a graduate of Colonie Central High School.
    She worked as the retail store manager for Nickles Bakery outlet for 27 years, never missing a day of work. She retired on August 31, 2004. She had worked for Ford Motor Company prior to taking her position at Nickles.
    Mrs. Rector enjoyed flowers, gardening, walking and exercising.
    Margie is survived by her husband of 53 years, Robert E. Rector, Sr., daughters, Debra S. (William Saint) Rector of Lorain, Tracey R., (Daniel Parks), of Winchester, KY, sons Robert E. Rector, Jr., Gregg S (Lillian) Rector, both of Lorain, grandchildren Paige, Shyla, Jimmy, Brittney, Cody, Emily, Nathan, Stephen, Marianna, 7 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
    In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by grandsons, Christopher and Adam Rector and several brothers and sisters
    Services were private.

Born June 14, 1926, at Marlinton, she was the daughter of the late Seebert and Margie Wolfe Wilfong. She was the widow of Dice McClintic Rimel. Others preceding her in death were a sister, Dorothy Boggs; five brothers, Michael Wolfe, Bill Wilfong, Clarence Wilfong, Richard Wilfong, and Harry Wilfong.
