     George Washington Lowe (Jr.) was born circa 1837 in Nelson, Virginia.2,3,1 He was the son of George Washington Lowe and Judy "Jude or Judieth" Lee.1 George Washington Lowe (Jr.) married Agnes Elizabeth Soule, daughter of Lorenzo Elizabeth Soule and Sarah Elizabeth Pilcher, on 22 March 1865 in Marietta, Washington, Ohio.1 George Washington Lowe (Jr.) died on 14 August 1882 in Elizabeth, Wirt, West Virginia.1
