    About sixty friends and neighbors assembled at the home of Rev. and Mrs. H. A. Teets, Tuesday, March 12 and very happily surprised Mrs. Teets, it being her fifty-fifth birthday. They adjourned to the church where a sumptuous dinner was served after which J. S. Fell, of Fallowfield, in well chosen wordsl presented Mrs.
    Teets with a purse of $40 and several other gifts as a token of esteem. Those from a distance were Mr. and
    Mrs. Duri, of Rousville, Mr. and Mrs. F. L. Teets, of Boston, Pa.; Rev. and Mrs. Barton, Mrs. Ed Martin and Mrs. John Martin, of Sheakleyville.
