    Walter Jesse "Bill" Hauser, 87, of Aurora, died Aug. 13, 2000, at home.
    He was born Jan. 29, 1913, in Stemple Ridge, son of the late Raymond George and Martha Harsh Hauser.
    He was a lifelong member of the Stemple Ridge United Methodist Church. He also was an active member and past fire chief of the Aurora Fire Department. He was self-employed most of his life in the lumber business.
    He is survived by three sons and spouses, Walter R. Hauser and Ronald and Sandy Hauser, all of Temperence, Mich., and Raymond and Jean Hauser, of Aurora; three daughters and spouses, Wynona and Jim Buckley, of Seabring, Fla., Shelba and Ernie Sisler, of Grafton, and Wilma and Denny Helmick, of Horse Shoe Run; a sister, Leah Luzier, of Davis; 22 grandchildren, nine stepgrandchildren, 53 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
    He was also preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Levina Pearl Hauser; five brothers, Wade, Lester, Claudis, Milford and George; and two sisters, Mabel Wiles and Loretta Snyder.
    Friends may call at the Aurora Memorial Building from 2-9 p.m. Tuesday. Service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 16, at the Stemple Ridge United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Stemple Ridge Cemetery. Donations: Hospice Care Corp. of Preston County , P.O. Box 229, Kingwood, WV 26537 or to the Stemple Ridge United Methodist Church, Aurora, WV.

    George W. Rlnker
    George Washington Rlnker, 67, retired B. and O. carman, died early yesterday morning at his
    residence 614 Montreal avenue, after a brief illness. His wife, Mrs. Lucy P. (Teets) Rinker,
    preceded him in death.
    Mr. Rinker was a native of Toms Brook, Va, and a son of the late Loomls and Rebecca
    Rlnker. He held membership in Lodge No. 656, Brotherhood of Railroad Carmen of America.
    Surviving are four children. Parren R, Rlnker, Mrs. Cora A. Teets, Miss Mamie V. Rinker and
    Mrs. Gladys Appel, all of this city; a sister, Mrs. Myrtle Siebel, of Detroit; a half-sister, Miss Molly
    Toppin, of Lantz Mills, Va.; 18 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
    Funeral services -will be conducted Tuesday at 10 a. m. at the home by the Rev. J, Edgar
    Walter, pastor of Bethel and Calvary Evangelical Church The body will then be taken to the Kines
    Run, W. Va., cemetery for interment,.
