    He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Nancy Bays Wilfong, their 13 children: Denver Jr. (Brenda), Galloway, West Virginia; Randy (Jeanie), Weston, West Virginia; Mark (Ann), Rosemont; Tim Gerard, Grafton, West Virginia; Joey (Tina) Gerard, Rosemont; Jane (Leonard) Reger, Lakeland, Florida; Barbara Bolton, Weston; Linda Skidmore, Bridgeport, West Virginia; Peggy Wilfong, Springfield, Ohio; Debbie DePolo, Washington, DC; Dawna Conley (Bob Daidone), Palmetto, Florida; Kim (Bryan) Brewster, San Diego, California and Deneise (Raymond) Bray, Bridgeport; two grandchildren they helped raise as their own, Jason DePolo (Indian Rocks, Florida) and Treasa Chidester (Redondo Beach, California), and 21 other wonderful grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, two great-great- grandchildren, their pets “Bip”, “BoBo” and “Buttons”; his brothers Bedford Jr. (Belington, West Virginia), John (Flemington, West Virginia); and sisters: Louise Trimble (Rosemont), Nettie Fosselman (Greenville, South Carolina), Shirley Frum (Rosemont), Mary Henley (Dechard, Tennessee), Janet Alexander (Bigfork, Montana); and 38 nieces and nephews.

    He is preceded in death by his first wife, Betty Spencer Wilfong; four brothers: Harold, George, Raymond and Charles; and two sisters: Icy Greathouse and Velva Wilfong.

    A 67-year member of UMWA Local Union 1058 and lifetime member of VFW Post 573 Clarksburg, West Virginia.

    For all who knew Dink, he was well-loved for his devotion to his family, his hard work and his hunting and fishing stories. He will be GREATLY missed.
