Elizabeth P. "Bettie" Napier married Ashley Wesley "Ash" Wilfong, son of William Gould and Martha Pritt, on 11 June 1871 in Upshur, West Virginia.12,13,14 Elizabeth P. "Bettie" Napier died in 1937 in Buckhannon, Upshur, West Virginia.2 She was buried in 1937 in Upshur, West Virginia.2,15
     She and Ashley Wesley "Ash" Wilfong appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Upshur, West Virginia, enumerated 11 June 1880. Their children Maggie were listed as living with them.6 Elizabeth P. "Bettie" Napier and Ashley Wesley "Ash" Wilfong appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Upshur, West Virginia, enumerated 2 July 1900. Their children James, John, Rebecca, Maggie and Lillie were listed as living with them.7 Elizabeth P. "Bettie" Napier and Ashley Wesley "Ash" Wilfong appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Upshur, West Virginia, enumerated 9 May 1910. Their children James, John and Lillie were listed as living with them.8 Elizabeth P. "Bettie" Napier and Ashley Wesley "Ash" Wilfong appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Upshur, West Virginia, enumerated 10 January 1920.9 Elizabeth P. "Bettie" Napier appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Upshur, West Virginia, in the household of James Abram Garfield "Uncle Gart" Wilfong Sr and Martha Ellen Miles, with her son and daughter-in-law.10
