Mr. Baxa is survived by one daughter, Carol Meese and husband Charles of Barton, MD; one son, David Baxa and wife Barbara of Buckhannon; one grandson, Timothy Baxa of Buckhannon; two granddaughters, Caraline Baxa of Morgantown, WV and Laura Meese of Frostburg, MD; one brother, Russell O.
